片方ずつは出来ていると思うのですが、両手でできません。
入るタイミング、コツなどありましたら教えてください。

片手で出来るようになったら次は一つずつ動かす練習をしてみてください。

縦の位置から横の位置へ。

それをしたら次は縦の位置から次の縦の位置へ、または横の位置から次の横の位置へ移動させる練習。そうすると一枚花びらをかけるようになります。
