This is almost the same festival as JFF. Top organisers of JFF Tomo and Satoru have break this year, but Nori and Okotanpe who were one of organisers of JFF are organising almost the same festival. They just can not use the name "JFF" but we still have similar contents. Place is awsome. Not too big, not too small. year it's kind of small but good place. There is very nice Onsen in the property! You can take JR Cyuou Line to pretty near to there from Tokyo
